Honoring Los Al CLass of 2025

Saturday was a beautiful day for the annual Rossmoor Graduation Parade, honoring Los Alamitos High School grads! Club President Susan Denley and Student Liaison Michelle Wittenberg rode in one of the VIP cars at the front of the procession through the 'hood (Michelle took a traditional parade position on the back of our loaned Mustang convertible; Susan waved streamers from the front.) We grabbed a snap of club member Mary Ann Remnet, the driver for Los Alamitos Mayor Shelley Hasselbrink in another VIP car. Grads wore their red (girls) and blue (boys) gowns, riding in balloon-bedecked vehicles ranging from tiny convertibles to massive trucks. A group of retiring teachers were pulled along in a boat on a trailer. And all along the route, residents of Rossmoor cheered, waved and rang cowbells. Congratulations to our grads!
