Rossmoor Woman's Club member Pat Ellington recently delivered a check for $1,000 to Vince Bunting, president of the Long Beach K-9 Officers Association. The association helps purchase the police dogs and provides financial support for their care. The Rossmoor Woman's Club is pleased to support the Bethune Homeless Education Program, which serves homeless and foster children throughout Long Beach. We recently donated $2,000 worth of toiletries and supplies to children and teens in the program. Rossmoor Woman's Club members Sandy Tessier and Kathryn Atkins thanked Hiten Adhvaryu, owner of Quality Assured Collision in Hawaiian Gardens, for donating an inside-and-out car detailing to our Holiday Home Tour raffle. The service was valued at $250. Thanks to Hiten for helping our club raise money to help others!
