We are a dynamic group of women from around Southern California who are dedicated to the idea that being social and being socially responsible go hand in hand.
We share friendship and fun, while we also serve our community as volunteers and fundraisers. Through small groups called sections, we pursue our interests in sports, crafts, books, cooking and more. We also use our talents to help those around us, offering financial, hands-on and in-kind support for a number of community organizations. We are affiliated with the national General Federation of Women's Clubs and the California Federation of Women's Clubs. We welcome all who would like to join us!

Monthly Meeting

Monthly meetings have been suspended temporarily due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. But in normal times, our monthly general membership meeting begins at 10:45 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at the Grand Events Center in Long Beach. The cost is $31 per person, which includes lunch. Prospective members who would like to attend to see what the club is all about should contact us at (562) 810-7139.
Holiday Home Tour
First Sunday in December. An annual tradition for more than 30 years, the Holiday Home Tour kicks off the festive winter season with tours of beautifully decorated, remodeled homes; a tea room, gift basket raffle and more. All net proceeds go to fund the charities we support and to student scholarships. Tickets go on sale in October and may be purchased from members, through PayPal on this site starting in Octber or from participating businesses.
Spring Garden Tour
The 2020 Garden Tour has been cancelled, due to restrictions on public gatherings stemming from the novel coronavirus pandemic. But most years, you can visit some of the community's loveliest gardens and outdoor entertaining areas on the third Sunday in May, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. And be sure to check out our popup market at Rush Park, where a variety of vendors will have wares for sale, food trucks will offer refreshments and Rossmoor Woman's Club members will sell plants and crafts. In addition, seminars on gardening topics will be presented by a Master Gardener.
Tickets usually go on sale in April, and all net proceeds go to local charities and student scholarships.
